I've interviewed with Florida Blue before, and it's a genuinely great place to learn — real projects, a mentor on your track's team, and face time with leadership all the way up to the CIO (you present to the CIO + Tech VPs at the end of the program). The experience you can pick up here is legit. 🎯 You pick a track. A few that stand out for us: • Infrastructure — Linux, OpenShift, and Kubernetes. If you want to be a platform engineer, this is a perfect stepping stone. OpenShift is Red Hat's platform, so this track lines up directly if your goal is somewhere like IBM or Red Hat down the road. Most people in the club could do really well here. • Cybersecurity — work alongside real red-team and blue-team members on actual security challenges. Security+/Network+/A+/Linux+ (done or in progress) is preferred.
